(aka Sneuwbal Films) was a film production company run by D. Ryan Mowry and his partner Elisa to make independent films, starting with a short film shot guerilla style on the streets of Kaiserslautern, Germany, in 1999, and then moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ryan later moved to San Antonio, Texas. Now in Aurora (Denver), Colorado, Ryan has transitioned from SB-Films to Dr. M's Delicious Elixirs.

Ryan was approached after a TromaDance festival by a person who had written a script he wanted to make, so Ryan and Steve partnered and made Defective Man!, which premiered in May of 2010 at Albuquerque's Guild theater. Ryan was managing a Hollywood Video and recognized that two genres always out of stock were zombie movies and stoner comedies. Naturally, Ryan wrote a zombie stoner comedy that could be shot in the wastelands that surround Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, NM. About 40 minutes of finished footage from After the End was edited into make this film, which played at the 2005 TromaDance NM Film Festival.

Time Has Come started as a cable access TV show that Elisa and Ryan created in the same vein as The Kids in the Hall or Mr. Show, but not nearly as good as either. Ryan took most of the sketeches that were shot, and edited them together to make Time Has Come (the Film), which premiered at the 2004 TromaDance NM Film Festival.
